My Key Responsibilities:

Copy Lead

From pre-event promotions (ads, emails, web copy, social copy, and more) to event activations and signage, I was responsible for writing copy for buildOn’s largest annual fundraiser.

Speechwriter

I interviewed and prepped buildOn’s alumni speaker and helped her write her speech (read and watch here).

Talent Wrangler

During the event I worked backstage with the Stage Manager wrangling talent, following the script, and ensuring that all speakers met their cues. I also managed talent needs in the green room and leading up to the event.

Design Committee Member

As part of the design committee, I helped select decor, activation placement, and more.
